The historic GFWC Woman’s Club of Zephyrhills Clubhouse is available for rentals, whether for a business meeting, wedding reception, Quinceañera, birthday, anniversary, baby shower or other special celebration.
The main floor is 2,000 ft² plus a 400 ft² stage. The max capacity is 117 people. Rental includes the use 12 – 5′ (60″) round tables, 2 – 6′ rectangular tables, 2 – 8′ rectangular tables, and 115 chairs.

In addition to the main floor, there is a stage, two bathrooms (one is handicapped accessible), and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. No stove top is provided and cooking is not permitted in the clubhouse by City ordinance. A BBQ grill is allowed outside the building. Please Note: There is no freezer inside the clubhouse. If you need ice for drinks, you will need to bring a cooler for the ice. A handicapped accessible ramp is available on the west side of the building.
Rental of the Zephyrhills Woman’s Club does NOT include table cloths, chair covers, nor decorations.
We now offer high-speed Internet service and two (2) large electric, retractable projection screens.
Current rental/security deposit rates are as follows:

| Both rental options require a refundable security deposit of $350. Refund of your security deposit will be in the form of a check that will be mailed approximately 7-10 business days after inspection complete. |
Members are available each Wednesday at the clubhouse from 5:30 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. to book rentals, tour the facility, ask questions, take pictures/measurements, etc. Check the calendar below for availability of your preferred date.
Please Note: Dates and times are not reserved without a deposit and a signed contract and are booked on a first come, first served basis. If the date you want to rent is available on the calendar below, then you must come on a Wednesday evening to sign the rental contract and bring $350 (cash or check only) for the deposit. You will have until the Wednesday evening prior to your event date to pay the actual rental fee (cash only, at this point).
